Prospect Estate Agency is seeking a creative Content Strategist to join our internal Marketing team. This role is central to shaping and optimising content across every touchpoint of the customer journey, with a particular focus on defining the Prospect brand tone of voice. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, strong experience in content creation, and hands-on expertise in devising and implementing social media strategies.
As a Senior Designer, you’ll be pivotal in defining and maintaining the Prospect brand’s visual identity. You’ll work within our dynamic marketing and design team, interpreting briefs to create engaging experiences across websites, online ads, email campaigns, social media, window displays and print. In this role, you’ll act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent quality across all design deliverables.

Fast moving, fast training
Fast moving and rewarding, our lettings team is responsible for making sure that the lettings process runs smoothly for both our landlords and tenants. We arrange and finance NFoPP and ARLA training and exams for all our letting agents to ensure they are armed with the knowledge to succeed.

Our property management team is the first port of call for our landlords and tenants while the property is occupied. This can be a demanding position at times but it is also highly rewarding and involves working within this friendly and motivated team.

Working with developers and the land department to help sell the newest and hottest developments in the area, our new homes agents are often seen with their hard hats on! This is an exciting role within an intimate team which has a big impact.
