Prospect is seeking an energetic, trainee estate agent with a friendly and customer focused approach to join the team in our busy Sales & Lettings offices.

You should be confident building relationships with new clients, helping vendors and landlords to sell or let their property and purchasers to find a new home. A large part of rapport building will be providing regular updates of new property onto the market, accompanying clients to viewings and acting upon any feedback provided. We ensure that all of our landlords and vendors are provided with a high standard of service, selling or letting their property at the right price, quickly and efficiently.

The in person interview

The next stage is a face-to-face interview at one of our offices. Depending on the role, this may involve a more detailed discussion about your experience, skills assessments, or a chance to meet some of the team. We want to ensure that Prospect is the right fit for you as much as you are for us!

The offer

If everything goes well, we’ll make you a formal offer to join our team! You’ll receive all the details about your role, salary, and benefits, along with information to help you get started. From there, we’ll support you through your onboarding and training to set you up for success.
