Rent Protection Service

Rents up to £1,999 pcm - £36 inc. VAT per month
Rents up to £2,000 pcm -£60 inc. VAT per month

Our Rent Protection service provides peace of mind for landlords across Berkshire, Hampshire, and Surrey. With no excess to pay, legal expenses cover up to £100,000, and rent protection up to £15,000 a month, we’re here to make sure your investment is fully safeguarded—whether it’s missed rent payments, tenant evictions, or even squatters.

  • Agree the market rent and find a Tenant/s in accordance with the Landlord guidelines
  • Advise on refurbishment
  • Provide guidance on compliance with statutory provisions and letting consents
  • Carry out accompanied viewings (as appropriate)
  • Market the property and advertise on relevant portals
  • Erect board outside property in accordance with Town and Country Planning Act 1990
  • Advise on non-resident tax status and HMRC (if relevant)
