We believe in finding the right people who share our values, ambition, and commitment to excellence. Our recruitment process is designed to be clear, supportive, and efficient, ensuring you have the best opportunity to showcase your skills and enthusiasm. Here’s what to expect:
Your journey starts by submitting your CV and a covering letter through our website or a recruitment platform. Make sure to highlight your relevant skills, experience, and what excites you about working at Prospect. Our team will review applications carefully, and if we think you could be a great fit, we’ll be in touch!
If your application stands out, we’ll arrange a short telephone interview with one of our recruiters. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you, your experience, and your career aspirations. We’ll also give you more insight into the role and answer any initial questions you might have.
The next stage is a face-to-face interview at one of our offices. Depending on the role, this may involve a more detailed discussion about your experience, skills assessments, or a chance to meet some of the team. We want to ensure that Prospect is the right fit for you as much as you are for us!
If everything goes well, we’ll make you a formal offer to join our team! You’ll receive all the details about your role, salary, and benefits, along with information to help you get started. From there, we’ll support you through your onboarding and training to set you up for success.
We regularly host awards to recognise the outstanding work that goes into running an award-winning Estate Agency. The prizes? Trips abroad, Royal Ascot, boat trips, weekends away… they’re kind of a big deal!
We truly care about the physical and mental wellbeing of our employees, which is why all our employees can enjoy access to a private health care plan with Vitality upon passing probation.
Prospect are active members of the community and we regularly host charity events – from sleeping out for homeless charities through to hosting concerts for Mind. Through working for Prospect, you get to contribute to fantastic causes that are close to your heart.
As recognition for hard work, we offer our staff their birthday off work after passing probation, so you can enjoy your special day however you please!
The longer you stay with us, the more holiday you will accrue. We also give staff the time off between Christmas and the New Year for some well-earned rest, recuperation, and time spent with loved ones.
We invest in our staff to ensure that they can perform at their best. We take the time to understand your personal goals and offer you the opportunity to take part in external training courses to develop your skills.
