Mark Towell

DIRECTOR
Colin, one of the founders of Prospect, has lived in the local area since 1976. His Estate Agency credentials extend back to 1985, having always worked within the Thames Valley. Colin is very energetic towards the business, his enthusiasm demonstrated by his hands on approach to all facets of the company. When not at home with his wife Sarah and teenage children Kirsty and James, downtime is spent on his passion for flying, playing golf as well as attending the gym. A qualified chef and snow boarding instructor, Mark moved to the property industry with Prospect in 2000. He progressed quickly to manage the busy Bracknell branch where his talents were rewarded with a directorship in 2005. Mark enjoys spending his free time with his wife Heidi and two young children, Sophie and Max. When he does get a spare moment, you will find him wake boarding, snow boarding or exercising at his local gym.

James May

DIRECTOR


James, born and bred in the Prospect home area, joined the company in 1992. Having entered Estate Agency from the hotel management industry he quickly progressed to become the youngest branch manager in the history of Prospect and due to his commitment and ability was soon promoted to director responsible for all residential sales. James is a fervent West Ham supporter but most of his leisure time is spent with his wife Leanne and his three young children, Georgia, Charlie and Harry.
